Expert with over 20 years of professional experience in Public Relations, Employer Branding, Internal Communication, Crisis and Change Management and CSR in a variety of industries (telecommunications, e-commerce, MRO & aviation).
Before joining Publicon, Marta managed the role of Head of Communication at XEOS, an aircraft engine service center built from scratch as a joint venture of Lufthansa Technik and GE Aviation. In her career she was also a spokesman and PR Director in Dialog, and later on in Netia, the biggest Polish telecommunication companies, as well as PR Manager at Ceneo and OLX, biggest Polish e-commerce and classified platforms.
Marta believes in a holistic approach to corporate communication, where external and internal activities support and resonate with each other. In the many years of professional work she gained rich experience in creating and implementing PR strategies in corporate, product and internal communications as well as profound knowledge of managing managing crisis and change communications.
